1 bunch of turnip greens
2 cups water
pinch sea salt
1.Put water, salt and a steamer basket in a medium-size pot and heat on high.
2.Wash greens and tear leaves into any size you like
3.When the water is boiling, add greens to the pot and cook for 2-4 minutes
4.The leaves should be wilted, yet bright
Optional: drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving
